Everyone has an opinion on what constitutes a street car, and the quicker the cars get, the more intense the argument becomes; how do you decide what’s street and what’s not?
So in 2014 we took a leaf out of Hot Rod’s book and created our own version of their iconic Drag Week – we call it Street Machine Drag Challenge. It’s the toughest test for street cars in the country.
Since then, we’ve run nine five-day Drag Challenge events and three Drag Challenge Weekends. Drag Challenge #10 is set to be the biggest and best event ever, starting and finishing at the state-of-the-art Dragway at the Bend facility in South Australia, while also visiting three of our favourite regional Victorian tracks in Heathcote Park Raceway, South Coast Raceway and Atlantic Oils Sunset Strip.
And this year, we’re planning a series of VIP Park-ups to add some extra spice to the week, as one of our best road routes, ever!
