Acceptance of Terms
I have read the Rules (click to view) issued for this event and agree to be bound by them and by the rules of the Street Machine Drag Challenge and the Australian National Drag Racing Association. I also acknowledge and agree as a condition of entry that neither Bauer Media Pty Ltd nor Australian National Drag Racing Association nor Calder Park Raceway nor Swan Hill Dragway nor Sunset Strip Mildura nor South Coast Raceway, nor the sponsors’ organisations, nor the land owners or lessees, nor the organisers of the racing event, nor their respective servants, officials, representatives or agents (all of who shall be collectively be called “the organisers”) shall be liable for my death, or my bodily injury, loss or damage which may be sustained or incurred by me as a result of participation in or being present at the event. I acknowledge that motor racing is dangerous and accidents causing death, bodily injury, disability and property damage can and do happen.
- I acknowledge that there are no refunds and that I will be required to show up for scrutineering on Sunday November 10.
